Well known and reputed personality in Sales Tax matters in the State of Madhya Pradesh and served the State in the capacity as Member of VAT Advisory Committee constituted by the Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Acted as a Team leader of the VAT Committee constituted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. Former member of the Board of Studies of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also on the Editorial Board of leading Sales Tax Journals viz. Current Tax Judgement, Vikraya Kar Nirnaya and Tax Law Decision. Breathed his last on 7th June 2006. May God bestow peace to the sacred soul.
